Account Executive
Cutter Consortium, a growing IT Research and Advisory firm seeks talented Account Executives to help us expand our business. Cutter's mission is to help organizations leverage technology for competitive advantage and business success through our published content, training, and consulting - all of which is provided exclusively by the world's leading IT experts.
Responsibilities: Prospect, qualify, and close new accounts as well as renew and up-sell existing Fortune 1000 clients worldwide across entire product line, which includes: print and online subscription-based advisory and publication services, training, workshops, and consulting.
Requirements: Must have at least 2-3+ years experience successfully selling IT Research and Advisory services or consulting. We're looking for someone who is smart, articulate, creative, energetic, enthusiastic, and organized, and who enjoys building long-term relationships with clients. Must be a tenacious and motivated self-starter, willing to do what it takes to succeed in a flexible yet demanding environment.

PR and Events Coordinator
Cutter Consortium is seeking a full-time PR and Events Coordinator. The PR and Events Coordinator plans and manages conferences, workshops, and meetings, webinars/online conferences, spearheads the company’s PR program, and provides overall marketing support.
Responsibilities include site selection, contract negotiation, and logistics management for live events, producing webinars and other online conferences, working with presenters to fine-tune presentation materials; creating press opportunities and pitching programs, drafting and editing press releases, responding to press inquiries, managing PR database, collecting and distributing press clippings; developing/publishing online surveys; and working with the rest of the marketing team to ensure marketing programs are executed smoothly.
The successful candidate will have 3-5 years’ experience and be a multi-tasker with strong relationship-building skills and a keen eye for detail. Other skills required include negotiating and bargaining contracts, risk and crisis management, the ability to organize, direct, and coordinate projects, and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Adobe Connect or similar online meeting tool, and Quark XPress.
