With the tech bust farther behind us, companies finally seem to be launching more projects to grow top-line revenue, rather than cutting costs. Ten months ago in a similarly entitled article (" Now That the Upturn Is Here...," 22 January 2004), I wrote that companies seemed to be turning toward growth and shifting away from pure cost-cutting. Today, that forecast seems true.
