Dave Rooney Senior Consultant

David Rooney is a Senior Consultant with Cutter Consortium's Agile Product & Project Management practice and a contributor to that advisory service as well as Cutter IT Journal. He is a veteran Agile Coach with more than 20 years' industry experience and is the cofounder of Westboro Systems (Ottawa, Canada). As a well-recognized member of the global agile community, Mr. Rooney has been involved with agile since 2000, helping organizations from prefunding startups to the Fortune 15 improve their software delivery process.
