By developing an understanding of the beliefs, behaviors, and practices of successful Collaborative Leaders, you'll become one, and be better positioned to serve your teams so they can reduce cycle times, increase customer satisfaction and enhance organizational value.

- Understand the fundamental belief structure of Collaborative Leadership
- Practice applying the six Collaborative Leadership Behaviors
- Define the most important leadership practices of a Collaborative Leadership
- Create a plan to translate the course information into personal commitment.

Day 1
- Introductions and Objectives
- Discuss the background research and belief structure for the course
- Define and experience the six Collaborative Leadership Behaviors:

- Work through what it takes to make a personal behavioral change
- What worked well/What could be improved
Day 2
- Understand what it takes to ask for and review personal feedback
- Making Offers
- Making a Request
- Deferring
- Define and practice the issue resolution process
- Discuss the practices that lead to:
- Creating clear vision and purpose
- Defining and tracking priorities
- Having candid conversations
- Expecting emergent results
- Establish a personal leadership action plan
- Recap, review and refresh
